kdelibs-bin software package provides core executables for KDE Applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kdelibs-bin
kdelibs-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kdelibs-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kdelibs-bin *
You will get with kdelibs-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
